This was exactly what I needed to hear today. Living being filled with the spirit. Here's what it doesn't mean... Church worship... Jesus being filled with the spirit went to the desert to be tempted by the devil, and fast. Being filled with the spirit is likely going to lead into some unpleasant circumstances. Go anyway. We often think that the pleasant experience of worship is the goal, but this doesn't reflect the spirit filled life of Christ.

The phrase that reinforced the filling with the spirit was "god will be your protector, shading you from sun by day and moon by night. As close and real as a shadow cast to relieve you from the pressure and pain of the daily grind.
Thought I am dwelling on - being filled with the spirit...
